The IACB will take place at Sofia Event Center (SEC) in Sofia, October 8-10, 2013. SEC is Sofia’s premium event location, situated on the 3rd (executive) floor of the Paradise Center. Sofia Event Center is a brand new fully-flexible conference hall with spacious foyers and terrace with a fantastic panoramic view.
